twisted
limbs nightmare
Any recurve enthusiast can tell you how heartbreaking it is to twist a limb by stringing a bow improperly. As a leader in the modern age of archery, Saunders invented the over-the-limb No-Twist recurve bow stringer in 1965. The No-Twist stringer was designed to eliminate limbs twisting while stringing the bow and to be easier to use than other stringers. The No-Twist bow stringer’s top limb gripper fits below the string loop, allowing full, easy access to the upper limb. The non-marring gripper will not damage limbs, and its tough nylon braid can be used on bows up to 70 lbs. Always use safety glasses when stringing a recurve bow. Made in the USA.
materials
make the difference
Both ends of the No-Twist recurve bow stringer are soft and will not mare your bow. However, each end is made from a unique plastic because each has a unique structural function. These materials are more costly to mold than the completion, but the result is a stringer that is easy to use and can not mare the bow finish.
competitive
advantage
Oscar Wilde famously said, “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” This quote is especially accurate for the No-Twist. We introduced our first model in 1958, and we have improved it over the years. The made-in-China copies closely resemble it, but they use less desirable materials. For example, their cup is made from hard plastic that can mar the tip of the bow.
protection
extended
Besides protecting your bow limbs from twisting, consider protecting your arm with our ventilated armguards and extend the string’s life with our proprietary microcrystalline wax formula String Shield.
