Shipping Information
- We only allow ship within CANADA. No international orders.
- Due to the current shipping changes by couriers, Gun Powder is no longer eligible for shipping, only In Store Pick Up option is available.
- Ammunition, Powder, and Primers are only available in store in limited quantities.
- We are not able to add new items to an order once placed to maintain shipping speed and accuracy.
- Most orders will ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel depending on freight cost.
- All orders will require signatures.
- LBSG is responsible for the shipment until it is signed for by the customer.
- If your order is damaged in transport, please retain the package and notify LBSG.
Problem Order Policy:
- If there is an order problem such as incorrect information, stock issue or address problems we will attempt to contact you by email and phone.
- If we do not get a response within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
- If we are not able to refund the original payment form, then we will issue a gift card.
Orders for In Store Pick-Up:
- You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up by e-mail or phone within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
- Please do not come to the store prior to notification as your order may not be ready.
- We will do our best to prioritize pick-up orders as best we can given our current order volumes.
- For security reasons, photo identification (Driver’s License or PAL) must be shown to staff to complete pick-up.
- A valid PAL must be presented if you are picking up firearms, powder or ammunition.
Shipping rates
- Remote areas and heavy goods shipping will be quoted separately.
- Remote Locations may incur additional shipping costs due to the charges applied by the courier.
- Oversize packages will be quoted separately for oversize surcharge by the courier and are excluded from the shipping policy.

Firearms and PAL
- Firearms will ship Canada Post and require an Adult Signature.
- Due to changes in requirements, firearms sales will have extra steps. Customers must send pictures of PAL and Second piece of ID. As well as we will have to obtain a reference number from the CFC. Customers will also have to provide the email used for the CFC profile.
- PAL & Date of Birth is required for verification before order processing.
- Firearms and ammunition purchases by law require the appropriate firearms license. We will require your PAL information for these products. You can enter this information during checkout. Your date of birth is required for non-restricted products. Restricted purchases also require the gun club or range name you are a member of and your city/town of birth.
- We are only able to ship restricted firearms to the address registered to your PAL (Possession Acquisition License).
- Please note restricted firearms do not ship until transfers are complete.
Timeframe
- We ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days (Except special sales events).
- Backorder items are shipped upon arrival and receive priority processing.
- Please note restricted firearms will not ship until transfers are complete.
- We cannot control the transfer’s wait time but will submit the transfer on the same day if the order is received before 4 pm to ensure your priority.
Returns
- If a product was sent in error or the product is damaged LBSG will send a return label at No Charge, otherwise shipping is to be covered by customer.
- Only unopened items can be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid to LBSG. COD shipments will not be accepted.
- With Receipt: Returned items accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.
- Without Receipt: Refunds and exchanges made without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a gift card.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
- Ammunition, powders, percussion caps and primers may not be returned due to safety considerations.
- Special orders, food processing equipment, sleeping bags, game calls, electronic devices may be returned only if the packages have not been opened.
- All returns or exchanges of firearms must have prior approval from LBSG. Once a firearm has been discharged, it is non-refundable. If a firearm has been discharged and a manufacturing defect is discovered, it will be sent to the manufacturer or factory-approved warranty depot for repair or exchange.
- Special Orders will have a 10% restocking fee if already ordered.
- No refunds or returns after 30 days.
